Shipping policy

Numysia opens in the United Kingdom as its first chapter. All orders are currently shipped within the UK using tracked delivery services. International delivery will follow soon, as the system expands with intention. Customers outside the UK who wish to receive updates, explore a specific piece, or join the international waiting list are invited to contact info@numysia.com. We’ll keep you close as Numysia grows.

Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout based on order details.

Tracked delivery from £5.95 (1–2 working days). Complimentary UK delivery over £200.

Numysia does not yet ship internationally. If you are based outside the UK and would like early access, updates, or information about a specific piece, please reach out to info@numysia.com. You will be added to our international waiting list and notified as soon as delivery becomes available in your region.

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

All UK orders are shipped using tracked services. Tracking information is provided once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier, destination, and external factors. Numysia is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.
